Aerobic Capacity

A class to test endurance and agility incorporating bodyweight high-intensity interval training, these explosive exercises are designed to burn body fat fast. Each move can be regressed and or progressed to suit all stages.

Strength & Conditioning

S&C sets the foundation of mindful movement and technique using resistance and strength-based training with a variety of equipment and body weight exercises to build lean muscle, strength and body awareness.




Taught by coaches with 40+ years of combined experience in the Martial Arts, MMA and Boxing arena these classes teach authentic movement and mindset coupled with core, strength and cardio. Prepare to unleash your inner fighter.

WOW (Workout of the Weekend)

'Work of the Weekend' consist of exercises that are bonded together within a time limit to challenge your only competitor, yourself. These classes are a great way to set benchmarks and improve each week.


Accelerate your training with a blend of modern and functional exercises that incorporate cardio, strength and core work. Delivered in a circuit format targeting each muscle group to drive your fitness and challenge both cardiovascular and strength endurance. 

Ultimate Conditioning

A strong focus on fitness and muscle conditioning. Be prepared to be challenged in an inclusive environment and swear alot.
