Through corrective Personal Training she can strengthen and structurally align your body, and as a certified Remedial Masseuse and Reiki practitioner, Alaine can sooth sports and lifestyle injuries through deep tissue massage and Reiki healing energy.

Growing up with a love for sport & exercise led Baelee to find a career where she could share this with others. As an exercise physiologist, she specialises in assisting individuals living with chronic disease, injury, or other health conditions to improve their health as well as their quality of life.

 

Baelee is passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to use exercise to improve overall health, fitness or sporting performance at any age or level.
